What is an e-Book?
An e-Book is a book that you receive as an electronic download to your computer immediately after you complete your purchase (nothing is shipped to you). After you purchase the book, you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order with a link that you click to download the book. You can read the book on your computer using Adobe Acrobat. If you don't have this program on your computer, it's available for FREE at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
(there will be instructions and a link in your e-mailed confirmation).

Your e-mail will also contain information on how to obtain technical assistance in the unlikely event you experience an issue with the download. Once you download the book, you can read it and save it on your computer, or you can print the book on your printer, or have Kinko's or other print store print the copy of the book for you.
